Slingshot respects your privacy. While Slingshot’s Services are designed for use by business customers, we process some personal data when you visit our website, use our Business Services, or communicate with us. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is meant to help you understand the types of Personal Information that we collect about you, how we use it, your rights and choices, and how you can contact us about our privacy practices and your privacy rights.

In this Policy, “Slingshot”, “we”, “our,” or “us” refers to the Slingshot Advocacy INC. entity responsible for the collection, use, and handling of Personal Data as described in this document.

“Personal Data” refers to any information associated with an identified or identifiable individual, which can include data that you provide to us, and we collect about you during your interaction with our Services (such as device information, IP address, etc.).

“Business Services” refer to the services outlined in the service agreement for the provision of services (the “Services Agreement”) for Slingshot to provide payment integrity services to the Business customer.

Depending on the context, “you” might be a Representative, Visitor, or Applicant:

• When you are accessing Slingshot’s proprietary data, analytics tools, or customer support tools in connection with services that Slingshot is providing to the business with whom you are associated (“Your Business”) you are a “Representative”. Slingshot has executed a services agreement for the provision of services (the “Services Agreement”), and those contract terms and Your Business’ privacy practices control personal data processed on behalf of Your Business. This Privacy Policy supplements any notice that you may receive from Your Business, and it applies only to Slingshot’s use of your personal data for its own purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.
• When you interact with Slingshot by visiting slingshotml.com or by communicating with Slingshot you are considered a “Visitor.” For example, you are a Visitor when you send a message to Slingshot asking for more information about our Services.
• When you are applying for a job at Slingshot by submitting a job application or communicating with Slingshot about a position you are considered an “Applicant”.
